Mr. Ringen has inspected five homes for us in the past six months for the purpose of indentifying investment opportunities. His inspections are absolutely the most thorough in the industry, easy to read, and a clear guide of what the buyer is getting into. If you want an inspection that will gloss over the problems do not hire Ron, he will find every little potential problem so you know what your cost to fix really are.
